Right in the front yard of the
government owned Chilbolton Observatory complex!

The second message pointed at the radio dish antenna, and just above the face, was first noticed
6 days later.

This combination of "face and message" arrived just north of a small village called Pitt (to the west of Winchester in Hampshire, UK.

It is based on a similar style to the 'pixelated' Chilbolton formations of last year, it represents an alien face and a circular grid pattern.
